Instructions for use

1. Make sure that the surface to be applied is clean and dry.
2. Apply the product evenly to the surface using a spray gun or brush.
3. Work in well-ventilated environments during application.
4. Wait a few minutes for the product to dry after application.
5. A second coat can be applied if necessary for stronger protection.
6. Store the product in cool, dry and closed environments, away from fire and heat sources.
7. Take care to work safely by using protective gloves, glasses and a mask
8. Keep out of reach of children.

• When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.
• Can I order from anywhere in the world?

• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. • Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad. Note: The customs tax or country VAT amounts that may occur in the country customs will be covered by you and the order should be placed in consideration of this situation when placing the order.

• You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

• When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned to you within 10 (ten) working days, which is the legal period. This period begins when our company receives the product(s) you have returned from the courier.

• The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.
• Returns of products that have been used, whose packaging and product are deformed, whose labels have been torn off, and which have lost their originality are not accepted.
• Products must be returned as received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.
• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.
