How to Use?

1. Blade Cleaning: First, clean the knife or cutting tool and make sure it is dry.
2. Direction of the table: Place the table on a flat surface and place the blade on the table's surface. Hold your knife at an oblique angle, parallel to the teeth on the top of the table.
3. Sharpening Movement: Holding your knife at a 15-20 degree angle, move it back and forth on the table. Be careful to apply even pressure across the blade. Repeat the same movement on both sides.
4. Checking: Check the sharpness of your knife after sharpening. If necessary, do the same process a few more times.
5. Cleaning: After the sharpening process, clean the table and remove any metal particles accumulated on your knife.

• Products must be returned as received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.
• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.

• When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. • Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad.
