Line Illustration is a special personalization service designed to add an artistic expression to the surface of your shoe, giving it a simple but impressive appearance. Special illustrations prepared with the minimalist line drawing technique transform each shoe into a special piece in both aesthetic and emotional sense. Moreover, if you wish, a name, date or a short signature can be added under the design.

Each design is processed with a simple composition consisting of a single line and is applied with a permanent technique that does not damage the shoe.

Technical Information:

• Illustration Type: Special minimalist figures consisting of a single line
• Application Area: Outer side surface of the shoe
• Printing Method: Laser engraving or special transfer (depending on the product material)
• Additional Text: Name, date or a special note can be added underneath
• Size: Applied to the shoe in proportion, usually between 3-6 cm

Order Process:

• Must be purchased with the shoe, valid as a separate product It is not.
• A form will be sent to you after the order; illustration selection and text information are received through this form.
• The application can only be made on models suitable for the illustration.
• Since it is a personalized production, no return or exchange can be made.

• When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.
• Can I order from anywhere in the world?
  You can order from Hapshoe.com from 95 countries. Click to view the countries open to international orders. If you want to order from places other than these, please contact us.
• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. • Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad. Note: The customs tax or country VAT amounts that may occur in the country customs will be covered by you and the order should be placed in consideration of this situation when placing the order.

• You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
• You can create your change requests from your My Account - My Return Requests page.
• When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned to you within 10 (ten) working days, which is the legal period. This period begins when our company receives the product(s) you have returned from the courier.
• Details and steps about your return process will be sent to your e-mail address that you have registered on our site. You can follow the latest status of your return request on My Account - My Return Requests and Order pages.
• The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.
• Returns of products that have been used, whose packaging and product are deformed, whose labels have been torn off, and which have lost their originality are not accepted.
• Products must be returned as received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.
• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.
