Derby N.78 Contact Tube 125g Large Leather Adhesive (B-0097-BYPS)

Derby N.78 Contact Tube 125g is a strong solvent-based adhesive containing polychloroprene. It is used to bond materials such as upper leather, textile, stout leather and neolite soles. Before application, the surfaces to be bonded should be sanded and cleaned of dirt such as dust and oil. It should be applied once on neolite material and twice on leather or porous surfaces with an interval of 30 minutes and waited for 15-30 minutes. After bonding, it should be pressed for 10 seconds with a pressure of at least 3 bar. It can thicken under 0°C; it returns to its original state by waiting for 1 day at room temperature. Since it contains solvent, it should be stored in ventilated areas, kept away from fire and eye/skin contact and inhalation should be avoided. Shelf life is 24 months at room temperature.

Application Instructions

• Surfaces to be bonded are sanded and dust-free.
• Surfaces should be cleaned from oil and dirt.
• Neolith is applied once to the surface, once to leather and porous surfaces. It is applied twice with 30 minutes intervals.
• It is waited for 15-30 minutes for the solvent to evaporate.
• It should be pressed for 10 seconds with at least 3 bar pressure.
• It can thicken at temperatures below 0°C, it returns to its original state by waiting at room temperature for 1 day.

• It should be stored in well-ventilated areas.
• It should be kept away from fire and smoking.
• Its vapor should not be inhaled, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided.
• It should not be poured into drainage channels.

• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.
