The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

When will my shipment arrive?
In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad. Return Terms and Conditions

You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.

Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.
