• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. • Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. • You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
