How to Measure Foot Length:
Measure the distance between the tip of the longest toe and the end of the heel while your baby is standing barefoot, with weight evenly distributed on both feet.

When selecting the right size, make sure to choose 0.5 cm to 1 cm larger than the measured foot length:

• EU 18 → 10.5 cm

• EU 19 → 11 cm

• EU 20 → 11.5 cm

• EU 21 → 12 cm

• EU 22 → 13 cm

• EU 23 → 13.5 cm

• EU 24 → 14 cm

• EU 25 → 14.5 cm

Note: Choosing the correct shoe size for babies and toddlers is extremely important for healthy foot development. Shoes that are too tight or too loose can lead to long-term issues such as imbalance and problems in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and spinal joints.

• The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.

• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.

  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes.
