Product numbers are in "European (EU) Standards" Paris Point measurement unit. The measurements in centimeters in the size chart are the insole lengths used in production.

Foot length should be calculated as the distance between the outermost toe and the end of the heel. Foot length should be measured while standing barefoot, with body weight equally distributed on both feet.

When choosing size; care should be taken to ensure that the lengths in the size chart are 0.5 cm to 1 cm larger than the foot length.

Note: Choosing the right shoe size for babies and children is important for the healthy development of feet that have not yet completed their development. Shoes that are too tight or too loose can lead to instability and problems in the foot, ankle, knee, hip and spine joints in the long run.

• You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

• Products must be returned as received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.
• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.

• When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

• When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. • Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad.
