• Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.

• When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.
