You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.

Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

When will my shipment arrive?
