WHAT ARE MONEYPOINTS?

You can create money points, gift vouchers and discounts on your shopping baskets on Hapshoe.com. The value of each money point defined in the system is 1.00 TL. You can view your money points from the money points tab under My Account page and create money points and gift vouchers.

HOW TO EARN MONEYPOINTS?

• ◯ On your first membership, you earn 5 moneypoints.
• ◯ Money points points are defined in your purchases.
• ◯ You can earn 3 moneypoints by commenting on the products.
• ◯ You can earn 3 moneypoints by recommending products to your friends.
• ◯ You can earn 2 moneypoints that you can use in your next purchase by scoring the products you have purchased.

HOW CAN I USE MY MONEY POINTS?

• ◯ You can spend your Moneypoints that you have accumulated in your account, as detailed below.
• ◯ With your moneypoints, you can create gift vouchers within the limits specified in the terms and conditions of use on the "My Money Points" tab on the "My Account" page.
• ◯ You can use the gift vouchers you have created by defining them on the payment page in your next purchase.
• ◯ The system will decrease the gift voucher amount in your total basket amount and provide discount in your shopping.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL OR RETURN THE ORDER WHICH I USE GIFT VOUCHER?

Your voucher code will not be used again if you cancel or return your shopping voucher. When you cancel or return your entire order, your full discounted basket amount will be returned to you. If the remaining amount does not comply with the gift voucher usage conditions when you make a partial cancellation or refund in the shopping you use gift vouchers, the discount will be invalid.
