You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned to you within 10 (ten) working days, which is the legal period. This period begins when our company receives the product(s) you have returned from the courier.

The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.

Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

When will my shipment arrive?
In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes.
