About International Orders

Active Countries for International Orders

Currently, only orders addressed Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Germany, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan can be placed in the system. If you want to order from places other than these, please contact us.

Shipping Times for International Deliveries

We have agreement with UPS and we ship overseas orders via UPS. For your international shoe or accesorries order, depending on the country you are in, your order will be delivered to your address within 2-7 Business Days.

You can follow your order status according to the cargo tracking number that will be seen in your order detail.

Shipping Fees for International Orders

For your overseas orders, Shipping fee will be added to your orders amount in the basket and the product will be sent directly to the address in the order. You should keep in mind that additional costs in terms of your country customs, customs duties or country VAT will be covered by you.

Return and Change in International Orders

Shipping fee and custom duties will be paid by you. By specifying our company code via UPS, you must send us the products pre-paid.

When we recieved your Return, it will go on an approval process. We refund your order amount after we deducted the shipment fees that added to your amount in the basket while you are ordering.

For Changes, exchange process is not available for international ordars. You need to order again after you return. As soon as you order again, your new product will be shipped to you in 2-7 days.
